Juan has experience in various industries including automobile dealerships, financial institutions, broker-dealers, commerce and condominium associations, professional sports franchises, health care providers, hotels and resorts, law firms, internet companies, internet incubator and manufacturing companies. In Juan's twenty years of experience, and he has become familiar with all aspects of operations regarding banking, automobile dealerships, brokerage firms, mutual funds, investment companies and various other industries. Other areas of his expertise include regulatory reporting, operational reviews, forensic accounting and auditing, expert witness testimony and litigation support.  Juan has been been an integral part of planning and consulting with mergers and acquisitions of auto dealerships, retail store chains, social clubs, homeowners’ associations, vacation resorts, soft drink bottlers, financial institutions, as well as registrations of de Novo banks.
 
Juan has been a certified public accountant in the state of Florida since 1991. Juan is an active member in the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and has served on the Joint Trial Board, Technical Issues Committee and Group of 100. Juan is also active in the Florida Institute of CPA's (FICPA) and has served on the Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards Committee. Juan is also active in the Cuban American CPA (CACPA) organization and has served as a board member. Juan is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Leadership Miami program and has lectured on various topics. Juan earned his bachelors of accounting degree from Florida International University.

Juan is also a Certified Forensic Accountant and has provided litigation support and expert witness services in various matters.
